Terms And Conditions

Paying for my services means the commissioner accepts all these terms and conditions.╰┈➤ Payment is required upfront, no exceptions. If you can't pay right away, that's fine we can wait to start your commission, but I will not work without pay.
╰┈➤ I will need CLEAR reference photos for the sculpt, and description of what you want. Same thing for the face textures.
╰┈➤ Please keep in mind that I can only do my best to acheive your vision, and that I have creative freedom to make the head sculpt look good, it's on me if it looks bad, so please understand If I suggest some adjustments. :)
╰┈➤ Absolutely no refunds once I have started the work on your commission.
╰┈➤ You may NOT claim the sculpt or any textures as your own, and you may NOT resell them or distribute them in any way except on a finished avatar.
╰┈➤ You must credit me with a link to my shop or this carrd.
╰┈➤ I have the rights to terminate the commission at any point if I feel there is conflict, or you aren't responding to me/etc.
╰┈➤ I have to own the head or texture myself in order to do a sculpt for you, so If I don't, you must purchase the head or texture for use.
╰┈➤ Textures WILL be put up in my shop at a cheaper price than the commission price. the Texture can be named after the commissioner if you'd like me to.

╰┈➤ Basic Head sculpt (no custom texture) - 50$ ╰┈➤ Head sculpt with custom face texture - 80$
╰┈➤ Custom face texture - 30$ + 5$ per skintone, and +10$ for a realistic style hairline
